    • A recommended alcohol purchasing list for the event specifying type, brands, bottle size and quantities
    • Preparation time for making fresh ingredients
    • 2 coolers for storage of non-alcoholic ingredients
    • 4 small ice buckets

  • Custom Drink Consultation & Development: $150

    Development of a unique, one-of-a-kind drink recipe tailor-made to your taste, theme, and preferences. We begin by asking a few preliminary questions and then we craft the perfect drink to enhance your special occasion.

    This fee covers the cost of ingredients to trial and test recipes, as well as our labour to do so.

    Can be applied to Cocktail/Mocktail Package or standard cost of $5.00 per drink portion.

  • Labour

    • Billed per hour per bartender (minimum 3 hours of service)
    • Set-up and tear-down time is subject to change on a case-by-case basis; billed separately from service hours
    • Standard bartending tools (ex: jiggers, shaker tins, bar spoons, bottle openers, etc.)
    • HST
    • 18% gratuity (alternatively, the host may request the use of a tip jar)
    • Mileage outside of our 50 kilometer service radius is calculated at $1.00 per km after the initial range
